OLASEMEJI, OLUMIDE MICHAEL is a seasoned professional in the field of
Business Management, Organization Structure & Policy formulation and Human
Resources & Organizational Ethics. He has gathered vast experiences in multi-discipline roles he has occupied over the years. Over the years, he has identified the major and complex resources of an organization to be Human Resources which he has taken up as a career to ensure that organizations are equipped with potential, skilled and healthy employees; He has chosen to blend Staffing with Employee Wellbeing and Mental Health Balance as a field for specialization.
Before joining Leigh and Lloyd Limited, he worked with Conssua Global Services Limited as the Human Resources Manager/EAP Coordinator. His contribution in the company has been acknowledged by many. Olumide holds a master's in business administration (MBA) and a degree (B.Sc) in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is a member of Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He is currently undergoing his MBA.
Olumide is an Author and the Founder of the Workplace Network, a platform
that seeks to motivates employees in the workplace. His Hobbies are Reading
and Counseling.
